MILKFISH SOUP
INGREDIENTS
- 1 the SEAFOODTALK Boneless Milkfish
- Tomatoes
- Red Chillies
- Shallots
- Ginger
- Spring Onion / Green Onion
- Bruised Lemon Grass
- Lime leaves
- Salt
- Pandan Leaves
- Lemon Basil
- Lime
DIRECTIONS
- Cut the fish into pieces and soak with lime and salt
- Pound shallots, red chillies, ginger, and tomatoes into a paste
- Chop lime leaves, pandan leaves, green onion and lemon basil
- Sauteé the paste untill fragrant comes out, add in diced tomatoes, fish, all chop leaves, and bruised lemongrass
- Add in water then cook untill all ingredients well cooked
