DIRECTIONS
- Marinate theSEAFOODTALK boneless milkfish with lime juice and chop the fish finely
- Pound ginger, shallots, red chillies, tumeric, and candle nut. Then chop lemon basil and lime leaves
- Put the paste over the fish together with lemon basil and lime leaves then wrap the fish with papaya leaves
- Then steam the package for about ten minutes, after that grill it
