- 1 the SEAFOODTALK Boneless Milkfish
- Red Chillies
- Shallots
- Ginger
- Lime
- Lime leaves
- Spring onion
- Pandan Leaves
- Coconut milk from half fresh coconut
- Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Pound shallots, red chillies and ginger into paste
- Chop spring onion, lime leaves and pandan leaves
- Soak milkfish with lime juice and salt
- Grill fish then shred it
- Sauteé the paste then add in chop leaves and coconut milk
- Add in shredded milkfish then bring it to boil
