FRIED  MILKFISH WITH SPICY RICA-RICA SAUCE

DIRECTIONS

  1. Pound shallots, red chillies and ginger into a paste
  2. Smear boneless milkfish with lime juice and salt
  3. Fry fish untill well cooked then shred it
  4. Sauteé the paste untill the fragrance comes out
  5. And then put in the fried shreded fish and cook untill the souce dry
