YELLOW PICKLE MILKFISH
INGREDIENTS
- 1 the SEAFOODTALK Boneless Milkfish
- Garlic
- Turmeric leaves
- Shallots
- Ginger
- Thick coconut Milk
- Daun Sereh
- Sugar
- Vinegar
- Pandan Leaves
- Red chilliy paddy
- Turmeric
- Salt
DIRECTIONS
- Soak milkfish with lime juice and salt
- Cut and fry the fish
- Pound all ingridients except chilly paddy into a paste
- Sauteé the paste then put in fish and chilly paddy
- then put in the coconut milk then bring it to boil
